The visit of your property

The estimation of your property according to 4 approaches
In a second appointment, usually in our family agency, we bring back our free estimation in the form of a report of a dozen pages. In this report, we recall the general characteristics of your apartment or house, its environment (information of your community, neighborhood, etc.). To determine the sale price of your apartment or house, we use several approaches in order to take into account the entire set of parameters determined by the price:
- A comparative approach: We use recent sales of real estate, we average the price per square meter of these real estate and we apply it to your surface. - A Financial Approach (or Locative): Grace to real estate references located near you, we obtain the locative value. To this value is applied a rate of profitability used by investors, which we obtain a second price. - A qualitative approach: It is different on apartments or houses.
